4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your account access credentials, playlist details, M3U links, and Xtream Codes details. Sharing account credentials or connection links with third parties is prohibited and may lead to automated server deactivation to protect subscription security.
5. Subscription Activation & Delivery
Upon successful payment, activation details are delivered electronically via email. While activation normally occurs shortly after purchase, processing times may occasionally vary due to manual verifications or technical queues. In rare cases, support representatives may contact you to request additional configuration information to ensure accurate device delivery.
6. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before subscription lines are provisioned or activated. We accept payments via secure methods including PayPal and major cryptocurrency gateways. While our subscription plan prices may be adjusted for future purchases to reflect market conditions, existing active agreements and recurring billing plans remain unaffected by these changes.
7. Subscription Renewals & Account Management
BEN IPTV subscriptions remain active for the full duration of the package selected during checkout. Access continues until the purchased subscription period reaches its expiration date.
BEN IPTV does not automatically renew subscriptions or process recurring charges. Once your subscription expires, no further payments are collected unless you choose to purchase a renewal.
To maintain uninterrupted service, customers may renew their subscription at any time before or after expiration. Renewal requests, package extensions, additional connections, and account assistance can all be handled directly through our support team.

8. Subscription Changes & Upgrades

9. Optional Content Categories
Our service offers access to optional mature content (+18 categories). By default, these categories are not enabled on new subscriptions to ensure family-safe viewing. Customers wishing to include these streams in their lineup must contact customer support. You may also request the complete removal of these optional packages at any time after activation.
10. Service Availability
We perform routine network optimizations and maintenance updates to keep our streams running smoothly. While we work to ensure high performance, temporary outages, buffer events, or transmission delays due to global routing conditions, server upgrades, or local ISP traffic shaping may occur. We do not provide uptime guarantees, but our technicians address infrastructure issues promptly.

13. Prohibited Use
You agree to use our services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Prohibited actions include sharing credentials, running multiple simultaneous connections beyond the limits of your plan, attempting to restream, rebroadcast, or distribute content from our servers, using automated scraping systems to extract playlist links, and engaging in fraudulent payments or service abuse.
14. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services immediately, without notice or liability, if you violate these Terms of Service. In cases of confirmed account sharing, unauthorized distribution, or fraudulent activity, your subscription will be permanently deactivated without refund eligibility.
15. Limitation of Liability
BEN IPTV and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our services.
